Wilderness Fly Fishing Adventure

Join us for a full-day fly fishing adventure on the clear rivers and wild waters of Kuusamo. Starting from Kuusamo or Ruka, we head to carefully selected fishing locations chosen by the guide according to the day’s conditions and river activity.

During the day, we focus on grayling fishing in flowing northern waters where fish over 35 cm are common, and there is always the possibility of landing truly impressive grayling over 40 cm — sometimes even exceeding half a meter in length.

Kuusamo’s rivers are also known for their wild trout populations, and while moving along the rivers you may hear stories and gain insight into these respected fish and the unique river ecosystems they inhabit.

Between fishing sessions, we enjoy meals and coffee surrounded by peaceful wilderness scenery while listening to the sound of flowing water and the silence of the northern wilderness. Every river has its own rhythm, and successful fishing requires patience, skill and an understanding of the water.
